Dr. Sashi Kiran Kode has established himself in various fields and specially the one when it is related to the medical one, Dr. Kiran brought his commitment and gifts as doctor and trainer to patients suffering from a wide range of maladies. He has achieved a confluence of medicine with the pharmaceutical industry, boosting both, and preventing duplication of research and the reinvention of the wheel. This interface between the two fields will make medicine more effective and the pharmaceutical industry more purposive.

Dr. Kiran began his career as an investigator in several research studies with a focus on India and its problems in offering high-quality medical treatment. Already with a Masters in Surgery, he had a revolutionary change in his life with a British Fellowship as he became deeply interested in head and neck cancers as well as thyroid disorders among other life-altering areas such as spinal injuries. Ever the researcher at the cutting edge of medicine, Dr. Kiran founded D2L in 2007. The company has now become a pioneer of research in medicine reaping rich rewards in the development of new drugs.

With not just the quality of a great researcher, he is a corporate strategy and development specialist with operational excellence. He has the power of effective leadership, possess high orientation and people skills. His work life has contributed in developing training modules for clinical operations at hospitals. He played a major role in training junior graduates and emergency staffs in the casualties. He has been an important surgeon and has prosecuted Gastroenterology surgeries at SVIMS Institute of Medical Sciences at Tirupati. He has always shown keen interest on various conferences like XX Annual Conference Karnataka State Chapter Association of Surgeons and The International Oncology Workshop. Dr. Kiran’s missions are the breakthrough to our society healthcare sector.

Shekhar Gupta’s rich experience in Business Intelligence and Clinical Research goes in tandem with his multifaceted abilities in all aspects that have made D2L a successful revenue generating company with a niche of its own in the market.

He is the Chief Operating Officer with credentials based with a graduation in Pharmacy and a PGD in Clinical Research from the University of Cranfield, UK.

Gupta’s forte has been his ability to conceptualize, and construct turnkey projects and lead them to success through a goal-driven approach that guarantees growth. Shekhar also plays a key role in KOL analytics adding his strengths from the clinical and analytical backgrounds. With deep knowhow of the clinical & KOL industry and extensive connections among the industry, he has been the major contributor to the increasing client base of D2L. He contributed immensely in the analytical and CRO spaces that helped D2L Pharma establish itself as a Global KOL leader. He strongly believes that keeping the team vibrant and joyful at D2L happy is the foremost factor for successful deliverables. He has an innate ability, honed by experience, to identify markets and opportunities for business growth. Ravikant M has been a mastermind of the company which has led to the establishment of D2L in a Global level. He joined as the director with his strong driving vision to build D2L to a Global organization. He aims to combine the data, business needs and technical insights with powerful engagement models. His prior vision is to make D2L serve customers globally with relentless dedication to client satisfaction.

Ravi pioneered in developing new methodologies and bringing innovative systems into KOL mapping and identification which were greatly captivated by the Global Clientele. He was successful in understanding the client needs time to time and was leading the team deliver more than the client’s expectations. With his immense hard work and sincerity, he has set a benchmark in the Pharma industry. He has also designed the marketing mix platforms for the first time in India. Ravi was also greatly successful in developing the next level leadership in the team. Ravi heads the organization’s Decision Support Services as the Director of D2L. He has a very keen interest in market assessment and Key Opinion Leader Analytics (KOL).

He has also encompassed KOL analytics market research and forecasting. Ravi’s current profile includes his exceptional skill in not only business skills but also strategic decision making for the company. His new insights into KOL analytics with new technologies has been greatly appreciated by his clients. A post- graduate in clinical research, Diwakar is a leader with exceptional drive to provide strategic solutions to top global pharmaceutical clients in the area of product commercialization, competitive intelligence & market entry strategies through client engagement, project costing & assessment, talent acquisition & multiple project management & delivery.

He has the reputation for successfully executing several competitive intelligence projects & an expert on therapy area reports, situation analysis, company analysis, trial maps, clinical landscape and pipeline analysis.

Some of the key deliverables in his current role are the identification and profiling of KOL/ ELs across various therapy areas globally. He supports clients for report building activities such as, in-licensing/acquisition research, pipeline reports across various therapy segments. He has exceptional relationship management & communication skills & efficiently liaises with internal & external stakeholders.

An MBA in Finance Sudheesh K Nair brings on board solid experience in accounting, audit, taxation, compliance, vendor development & management in the pharmaceutical industry. His innate ability to understand organization, business and the way to structure and determine Financial Objectives, Design & Implement Systems, and Policies & Procedures to facilitate effective internal financial control makes him a very strong asset for D2L Pharma Research Solutions. He also comes with a very strong experience in finalizing the Annual accounts, preparation of financial statements, annual reports and MIS for Fund Management. He has been credited in his active involvement in inculcating industry best practices in the finance & accounts division at D2L He is also considered to be a specialist in overseeing working capital management, risk management, treasury management, cash flow management & recovery operations. He has successfully built & developed business partnerships and relationships in the industry, enabled the expansion of braches & new businesses & advices on capital investment decision making. His counsel has enabled the D2L top leadership to undertake critical strategic decisions that has immensely helped the organization to plan expand & grow consistently over the years.

She upholds 7 plus years of focused experience in various Projects of D2L in the areas of KOL Management, Market Research & Assessment with key deliverables in Quality Assurance, Delivery Management & Team Management.

Currently heading D2L for Operations– Data Service Management, Bhavya holds a degree in B.E. (Biotechnology). She exhibits total responsibility for managing projects across all verticals. Her key skills are demonstrated in Project Management, Delivery Management & Quality Assurance.

Bhavya is actively involved in dealing with projects based on Non-English speaking countries like China & particularly specialized for Asia Pacific region in addition to the major markets. She manages the Primary Market Research (PMR) conducted through telephonic interviews & internet based communication for different market which includes US, EU, Middle East, African Countries, India and Japan. She leads a team of 25-30 Resources & 4-5 Project Managers.

Bhavya has flair in Report Writing, Managing huge database, Data Analysis and Developing Presentation for Market Assessment. She is extremely thorough at Project Concepts and Processes with an eye on details for Quality Evaluation. She is organized and skilled in planning &strategizing for any set organizational objective. He recently concluded a project that involves identifying KOL/EL’s in the field of diabetes & oncology in Asia-Pacific, European & US markets

Chiranjeevi is a highly driven, focused professional with strong analytical & remarkable presentation skills & proficient in using pivot tables & graphs. His proficiency in activity planning, task management while continuously monitoring processes, identifying gaps & addressing them through regular trainings has consistently ensured the final delivery of projects on time.

He has also represented D2L at colleges and presented on the topic of KOL management & the career opportunities in this field to inspire & attract young talent for this emerging business space.
